Create a dynamic balloon display by working as a team holding pole balloons.
Volunteers should be ready to work as a team and excude excitement and fun for parade watchers. Poles are lightweight but will need to be held upright the entire parade route.
Please note that if there is a shortage of volunteers in another role with similar requirements, volunteers on our Spray Pole Balloons may be moved to fill that role. Your flexibility is appreciated!
- Ages 14+.
- Responsible for anchoring balloons in staging lot and receiving balloon training instructions.
- Physical ability to manage the one mile parade route with a one mile parade return route.
- Proper footwear is required. Gloves will be needed to grip the pole.
- Do not bring items to carry with you as there is no place to store them at the volunteer lot.
- Youth ages 12-13 may volunteer with a parent who is also registered to volunteer - pairs must register at the same time and include this information in their notes. We will contact you with follow-up information.
