K.I.D.S. Leaders must be ages 16+.
Teen Leaders Can be Prepared to:
- Assist with project setup needs and participant registration
- Assist with facilitating conversations between the kids and older adults, encouraging the sharing of experiences, stories, and connection
- Assist with clean up and dismissing kids to their parents
