City of Dublin volunteer roles are designed to connect you to a wide range of meaningful opportunities to learn and serve. We do our best to match you or your group to volunteer programs that align with your goals, passions and skills. Keep reading below to get started and contribute to your Dublin community!

1. Create a Volunteer Profile

With your Get Connected volunteer profile, you can connect with any volunteer opportunity posted on our site, track your hours served, create a volunteer resume and more! Some volunteer opportunities require an interview, you will prompted before signing up if this is the case. We also require a background check every 5 years, you will be prompted if this is needed for you.

2. Search for a Volunteer Opportunity

Use the Volunteer Opportunity Calendar to find a variety of upcoming volunteer opportunities. Browse volunteer programs to find longer-term or skills-based opportunities. You can hone your search by keyword, distance, interest, age and more!

3. Connect!

When you find a volunteer opportunity you are interested in, click "Respond" at the bottom of the page. That's it! The volunteer coordinator for your opportunity will contact you directly with more details to get you started.
